Handle customer phone calls, emails, chats and WhatsApp conversations in one platform.
The problem

Cue changes that
Inbound calls run through a Phone Flow built in the same Flow builder your team uses for messaging. Callers choose from a keypad menu and the call routes to the right team, department or site, with calls outside your opening times handled by the rules you set rather than ringing out.
An inbound call arrives in Cue the way any other conversation does, so there is no second system to learn and no second window to keep open when the phone and the messaging queues are busy together.
Some enquiries are quicker to settle on a call. An agent can ring a customer directly from Cue, including when the enquiry started on WhatsApp, email or web chat. Outbound calling is agent-led, so your team decides who to call and when.
Calls can be recorded and recordings are transcribed automatically. Both sit in the conversation they belong to, so a manager reviewing a complaint can read what was said rather than listen through it.

The platform
Cue brings calls together with WhatsApp, email, web chat and Messenger on one platform. They run on the same inbox, the same customer record and the same Flows, so a customer gets one conversation however they get in touch.

How Cue compares
See how Cue compares
Take a tour
See how a call is routed, answered, transferred and called back, and how the recording and transcript stay on the customer record. One system to run, and nobody asking the customer to start again.
Keep the number you already have
Port your existing number across so customers keep dialling the one they have saved. It’s quick for most numbers, and your current service keeps running until it switches.
Start with a new phone number
Pick a number through Cue and start taking calls on it straight away. Numbers are available in the UK and EMEA, and are usually live within three business days.
