Comparisons

If you’re evaluating WhatsApp and customer communication tools for a dealership, Fuzey and Cue will likely both come up. Both are built specifically for automotive, both integrate with Keyloop and Pinewood, and both centre the conversation on WhatsApp. The differences that matter are how far each platform extends beyond WhatsApp, how AI is used day to day, and the proof each publishes.
Where they differ
Channels supported
Fuzey brings WhatsApp, SMS, email, phone calls, website chat, marketplace leads (AutoTrader, Motors, CarGurus, DoneDeal, Carzone) and social media into one inbox. Cue supports WhatsApp alongside live chat, Messenger and email as part of one platform. Both cover more than WhatsApp alone; the practical difference is which specific channels and lead sources a dealership already relies on day to day.
DMS, OEM and lead-source integration
Fuzey lists a wide integration set on its own site: Keyloop (native), Pinewood (connector), BMW Aftersales Workplace, marketplace leads (AutoTrader, Motors, CarGurus, DoneDeal, Carzone), dealer platforms Cooper Solutions, Click Dealer and Eskimo, and payments via Bumper and Stripe. Cue is integrated with Keyloop, Pinewood and MGS. For a dealership whose lead flow depends heavily on marketplace listings, Fuzey’s published list is broader in that respect. For a dealer group prioritising DMS-native reminders, approvals and reporting, Cue’s set covers the same three core systems.
AI capability
This is worth being precise about, since it’s easy to undersell a competitor by accident. Fuzey’s own site describes AI agents that read context across the dealership, reply to customers, update the DMS, take payments, book technicians, source parts and send campaigns, and includes a live AI Voice feature: inbound calls are routed through Fuzey and answered by AI, with a WhatsApp follow-up sent automatically afterwards. This is materially more agentic than a simple co-pilot or drafting assistant.
Cue’s AI capability in this vertical today centres on customer service automation within WhatsApp and other supported channels. Voice is on Cue’s roadmap but not live today, and this article doesn’t describe it as available. If AI-handled inbound calls matter to your evaluation, Fuzey has a shipped feature here now; that’s a fair point of difference to weigh, not one to gloss over.
Proof and customer results
Fuzey publishes aggregate figures on its site: over £275m in revenue attributed to Fuzey-handled conversations (methodology available on request, worth asking for directly if this matters to your evaluation), over 100,000 test drives, services and MOTs booked by its AI, over 2 million conversations handled, and 150+ UK dealerships using the platform. Fuzey also publishes a named testimonial from Berry Group (BMW, MINI, Hyundai and BYD retailer), attributed to Darryl Mitchell, Group Marketing Manager, describing a positive impact on aftersales bookings.
Cue publishes named, numbered results: Stellantis brands saw a 196% increase in response rate and a 14-point NPS increase; Worthing Motors saw a 55% increase in engagement and a 30% increase in service bookings.
The difference is in what’s measured: Fuzey’s figures are platform-wide aggregates plus one named testimonial without a published percentage uplift; Cue’s are per-customer, numbered outcomes tied to two specific dealer groups.
Pricing model
Fuzey prices WhatsApp usage per conversation, following Meta’s conversation categories (Marketing, Utility, Service), across three plans (Starter, Growth, Pro), with the rate falling as you move up a tier. In the UK, published rates are £0.075 (Starter), £0.070 (Growth) and £0.065 (Pro) per Marketing or Utility conversation, with Service conversations unlimited on all tiers. SMS is priced separately, with a monthly free allowance before a per-message charge applies. Ireland and Middle East pricing follows the same structure at different rates.
A dealership’s Fuzey cost scales directly with message volume, worth factoring in for a group running high volumes across several sites. Cue’s pricing is discussed directly as part of a demo rather than published here as an incomplete guess.

Which is the better fit
If AI-handled inbound phone calls are a requirement today, Fuzey has a live feature for that; Cue does not yet. If a dealership’s lead flow depends heavily on marketplace listings alongside WhatsApp, Fuzey’s published integration list covers more of that ground directly.
For dealer groups and OEM networks prioritising DMS-native aftersales workflows with named, numbered proof from comparable UK dealer groups, Cue’s platform is built around that use case specifically.
